About Us

 

 My name is James Barter and I am based in Chalgrove near Oxford in Oxfordshire. I  have been fully qualified with the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) since 2000. I run a small  independent school  so I have to find and look after  my own pupils, mostly  recommendations from previous learners. As a result you should get a better service from me than  from a big national company that have a huge outlay of costs and generally have in-house instructor training schools  that use learners to practice on before they get fully qualified at normal lesson price.

 

Currently I am teaching in a Brand new (08)Black Ford Fiesta which has power steering, air conditioning and of course dual controls.

 

I cover the surrounding area of Chalgrove including Oxford, Wallingford, Watlington, Benson, Berinsfield and Wheatley. Drop off and pick up can be from School, home or work and all the lessons are on a one to one basis.

 

 

Price guide:

£25 per hour paid at time of lesson

£24 per hour if pre paid in blocks of 10

 

£28 per hour Pass Plus or Motorway lessons

 

All lessons are subject to you having a full or provisional driving licence which you will need to produce on your first lesson.
